Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Linens
Place the unwashed items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
